Will our systems be offline during migration?
Cutovers are planned around your approved downtime windows. Some downtime is usually needed; we plan it with you and prepare rollback steps.
Can everything be moved?
Not always. The readiness assessment identifies workloads that suit rehosting, those that need modernisation and any that should stay where they are.
Who pays the cloud provider?
The cloud account and consumption charges stay in your name and are billed by the provider, unless separately agreed.
Do you support us after migration?
Handover is included. Ongoing support or optimisation can be added as a separate package.
How is the price set?
By the number and complexity of workloads, data volume and waves. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before invoicing.
